Two sources. Raw signals — actor metadata, run counts, pricing models, and user counts — come straight from the public Apify platform API, snapshotted daily. On top of that, we layer our own models: revenue estimates, growth trends, and niche-saturation scores derived from how actors are actually used on Apify. The Apify-sourced data is ground truth; the rest is our analysis.
We combine each actor's pricing model (pay-per-result, pay-per-event, rental, or flat fee) with public run and user counts, then apply Apify's standard 80/20 creator/platform split. Estimates are explicitly net-of-Apify-cut.
