Privacy Policy

We don't sell your data, run ad trackers, or load remote code. The website needs an email only if you sign in or subscribe to updates. The browser extension collects no personal data — it reads the Apify page you're on and shows public stats and pricing math in place.

• Account email — if you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) stores your email and a user ID so you can log in.
• Emails you submit — e.g. subscribing to the trending digest or a waitlist. Used only to send what you asked for; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Billing — paid features are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Aggregate analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregated page metrics (via Vercel Analytics) to understand traffic. Not used to profile individuals.

The extension does not collect personal data and has no accounts, ads, or trackers.

• Local storage — your two feature toggles and a short-lived (about one hour) cache of public stats are saved in your browser via chrome.storage. They never leave your device.
• Active tab URL— when you open the toolbar popup, the extension reads the current tab's URL (via activeTab) to detect which Apify actor or creator page you're viewing. It is used in the moment and not stored.
• Public actor identifier — to display stats, the extension sends only the public actor slug (e.g. username/actor) to our backend. It does not transmit your browsing history, the contents of pages, or any personal information.
• No remote code — all extension code is bundled in the package. It fetches public JSON statistics only; it never loads or executes external scripts.

To operate and improve the service, authenticate you, send communications you requested, process payments, and prevent abuse. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for credit, lending, or unrelated purposes.

We use a small set of processors that handle data only to provide their function: Clerk (authentication), Convex (backend/database), Vercel (hosting & aggregate analytics), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email).

The actor and creator metrics shown on the site and in the extension are derived from publicly available Apify store data. Revenue and income figures are estimates with wide uncertainty, provided for guidance only.

We use essential authentication/session cookies (via Clerk) so signed-in users stay logged in. Analytics is aggregated and not used to track you across sites.

Account data is kept until you delete your account; email-list data until you unsubscribe. To access or delete your data, email support@mail.apifyhub.com. You can remove the extension at any time from your browser's extensions page, which also clears its local storage.

The service is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 16 and older.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
